Recent Modeling Session- Cowgirl Up

Hi Everyone, I hope that you all are having an amazing week. Recently I have truly been having an amazing time capturing some beautiful images. And this most recent Modeling session Is by far one of my Top 10 Favorites. I was looking around for some inspiration and realized my small country Town was truly my inspiration. I live in a small town Called Hephzibah, Yes that is truly the name hahaha. I have lived here most of my life and I love every aspect of it.

So while planning this Modeling session I made arrangements with a Great friend to capture some beautiful Country Style Images. She was so excited to be a part and So was I. Our first phase was the outfits, I definitely wanted the country vibe so we went with Boots, Hat, shorts and a tank top for the first look. The second was a white short dress with Hat and Boots, and the Last I wanted the Chevron Pattern bright and bold to stand out So we captured a Pink Chevron top with shorts, Boots and Hat. And our second Phase Finding a location was quite easy, Down from my home. Because there is a Cotton Field behind my home as well as a dirt road and plenty of overgrown grass.

The lighting was so perfect on this day and We truly captured some beautiful modeling Images. Shannon did such an amazing job with posing and just being so open to new poses and ideas.

I hope that you enjoy this wonderful session that We have captured and Remember You do not have to be a professional Model, Modeling can be something that brings a smile to your face and makes you feel better about You.

The Differences Between Black and White Portraits and Color Portraits

Differences Between Black and White Portraits and Color Portraits

Hey everyone, Leesa Here I am writing a neat little article about the differences between Black and White images and Color Images. I hope that you enjoy the reading and feel free to share or comment with any questions.
There are just a few differences between Black and White and Color images Besides the original difference, THE COLOR. One is that the contrast and lighting can be majorly different and show a new side to an image that you would not get with one being Color and one being Black and White.
I personally Love both types of photography and try to add a little Black and White into Clients packages. These differences can change an outlook fast and make you think whether the image is Dramatic or a fun, lightly descriptive image.
When looking at a Black and White Image you can see the shadows can be more harsh than in a color image as well as the light that shines can really show a Haze type of light into the image. A color image the haze may not show unless brought out through an editing session and the shadows are not as harsh if taken in the correct lighting.
Remember Lighting Is Key, whether you are shooting all Black and White images or A mixture of both. I love my color so much that I use it a lot more than I do with Black and White But I try to even the editing to a limit on both so that the client receives a different feel to certain images.
So remember If you enjoy capturing images, Try something new and add some black and white to certain images and It can open up a new look into your type of photography and your editing style. GET CREATIVE, BE CREATIVE, CREATE ART.

Why to use Professional Prints vs Chain prints

Good afternoon everyone. Recently I have come across a lot more of clients asking where they should have their images printed from and I just thought I would share a little knowledge into why your prints should be done professionally vs. Chain printing.

I myself have done the chain printing and have to say some have ok when it comes to color and quality but most have horrible color. They try to fill the matching color but end up looking horribly different than the original
And for that I decided to go with professional.

Professional Prints come with so many options, and yes it does get confusing but this is why you order with your photographer. He or she may know exactly how to make your dream prints look and capture the thought you are going for when decorating your home, office or other place.

Below I am sharing the different ways prints look when using a pro vs a chain for printing. THESE ARE FROM GOOGLE and are not my images.

So please remember QUALITY OVER QUANTITY. I as a photographer want you to have the very best when it comes to prints and extras so please think before going to a chain business for printing your precious memories.
Remember you can follow my blog for more readings and my work. Feel free to comment with any questions you may have.

Sarah's Modeling

Hey everyone I hope you all are doing quite well. This article is about one of my recent sessions. This session was a modeling session that I had envisioned for quite some time. And My friend Sarah Hutto made it possible and come out better than I had ever hoped it would.

My idea was to go for simple with a touch of fun and sassy. Ideas and thoughts just flowed with this session, my creativity was definitely on its game Lol and I want to say a HUGE thank you for Sarah participating and helping me create some amazing images.

Below you will see we went with a casual tank, shorts and heels for one outfit and then the next was a more fun and outgoing Bathing suit with shorts and heels Which by the way Sarah truly ROCKED this outfit. The last outfit was a beautiful short dress with no shoes to show a fun but classy look.

I felt we captured her model side, her fun side as well as a classy outgoing side. Please enjoy and feel free to share and SUBSCRIBE. I truly have worked hard on helping Create such momentous images for Sarah and I hope that you all Enjoy.
